Meet Gume Arzola, a seasoned Facilitator, Team Coach, and Founder of Potenxial with over 15 years of invaluable experience. With a proven track record of collaborating with 150+ global companies, Gume Arzola has established himself as a trusted expert in talent development and talent acquisition.
As the Director of Potenxial, Gume brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Overseeing the hiring process for more than 14,000 professionals in the last 12 years, he demonstrates a keen understanding of talent acquisition and management. Combining his extensive experience as a Senior HR professional with his adeptness as a facilitator and team coach, Gume ensures seamless integration of individuals into diverse organizational cultures.
